On one of the nights the buffet spread was very singular in cuisine so choices were limited for folks who didn’t like that particular cuisine

Awesome
Excellent studio apartment well decorated, spacious and well equipped. Good balcony . Generally public spaces throughout hotel imaginatively designed, laid out and decorated. Excellent wide choice of food in Terramar buffet restaurant. As too early to use outdoor facilities was only able to appreciate the wide range of outdoor pools, loungers etc which would be in use in summer season.
Staff sometimes a bit officious, even unfriendly and unhelpful at check-in desk. TV should be easier to attach USB & HDMI drives etc. Were not provided with either sink plug, despite specifically informing unfriendly desk staff, nor dish towel.

The staff is very professional, The food is of a very good quality, the room was clean, comfortable and luxurious. You can find all bars and restaurants easily with the signs and with the help of the info guide on the t.v.

Great hotel, great staff
Friendly staff, cleanliness of the rooms was great, great choice of restaurants to eat in the evenings breakfast well there was a bit of everything there and if it wasn’t just ask and it was brought straight out to the food hall.
